                          $35.00 + tax -   Water, Electricity, & Sewer

                          Off Season Rates (4/18 to 5/22 & 9/2 to 10/15)  25% discount

              **Sunday-Thursday only: "Stay 3 nights and 4th night is FREE." (Holidays Excluded)

MONTHLY:           $550.00 + tax includes full hookup

 SEASONAL:         $1550.00 to $1650.00 + tax

                            *Rates are based on a family - 2 adults and minor children

Guests:            Adults - $5.00 + tax  per night

                          Children - $3.00 + tax  per night

                          Children - 5 and under are free

Group Camping Rates – Discounts may apply based on number of units and dates (Holidays Excluded)

 *Group Camping Reservations:  Large groups are required to make a minimum $100.00 deposit and confirmed number of sites needed 30 days in advance.  Additional sites will be based on availability.

 *Camping Reservations: 1 night’s deposit required.

 *Holiday Reservations: Full deposit required.

 *CANCELLATIONS:  Rain Checks for full amount will be given if cancelled 14 days before reserved camping dates.

 *Check In & Out Time is 4:00pm – If you arrive before 12 NOON, you will be charged an extra ½ days rate.

 *Shelter House:  Advance reservations required. Please check with the office for availability and charges.
